2.RETURNS OR REPLACEMENT

Return Policy Validity Period

  • Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone since you received the purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return / Replacement Conditions

  • All items must be unworn, in original condition, with original packaging and all tags.
  • Damaged or received the wrong item(Please check your order when you receive it, if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct the problem, and we will re-issue the correct product or return it unconditionally payment)
  • Items that do not fit the size or are not satisfied with the quality

3.REFUNDS TIME

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

  • If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.
  • If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank with any additional questions. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4.RETURN METHOD

  • Please contact us by email to send us a return request. Please tell us your order number and the reason for the return. It is best to attach pictures or videos as proof so that we can exchange the product or make a refund.
  • We will respond to your return request within 24 hours.
  • We will send you a return address (provided your return complies with our Return Policy)

  • Once your product is shipped back to our return address, please send us the tracking number.
  • We will process your refund within 3 working days once we received your return product and all the return product(s) have checked in good condition(If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

  • If the return is due to the consumer’s reasons, the consumer will be responsible for the return or exchange shipping costs, the specific costs will depend on the courier company you choose.

5.RETURN SHIPPING

  • If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to quality problems or due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the shipping costs for this reason. We will refund you in full without any fees,We will resend the original purchased product

6.RETURN ADDRESS

Please contact mantel-clock.com to get the return address. (Please do not return your products before getting confirmation via email from mantel-clock.com Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the carrier. 

7.RESPONSIBILITY

  • Please note that MantelClock Studio is not responsible for any delivery failures caused by negligent customer behavior. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, rejection of shipping confirmation and incorrect consignee information (such as order address, contact number or consignee name). In this case, we are unable to apply for a refund or exchange for your order. If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and provide your order number and the correct information.
  • Please note that all accessories must be new and unopened to be eligible for a refund. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be in “new” condition and, if possible, in the original sealed packaging. If an accessory is returned without reason, we will deduct the return shipping cost from the return amount.
  • If your device is faulty/short circuit/DOA, we will refund the shipping cost after inspecting and confirming your device is within warranty period.
  • Once your package is received and checked to verify that warranties are still valid, we will issue a full refund or a replacement for all eligible product(s).–(The prerequisite is to provide proof of purchase and pictures/videos of the products with problems)

  •  If you have any after-sales problems during the one-year warranty period, please contact us via [email protected] and we will provide you with a solution based on your situation.
  • Once you email us with your return and refund question, we will respond to you within 24 hours on business days. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk inbox.
  • Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them. Please make sure they are packed properly to avoid any damage during shipping.
