While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be patient and understand that delivery times may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or disruptions to shipping services, peak periods, or customs inspections. resulting in delivery delays. Special circumstances may result in a delay of up to 5 working days. In this case, we will work closely with the carrier to resolve any issues and keep you informed of the status of your order.
THE DELIVERY TIME
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time: We try our best to process all orders within 1-2 Business days of receipt, but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc…).
Shipping Time: Standard Shipping: 7-15 Business days
INCORRECT ADDRESS/CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS
- Problem Please make sure you provide the correct address during checkout as MantelClock Studio will not be held responsible if your order is shipped to the wrong address. there is no guarantee that your order will be delivered on time
- If your order is shipping to an incorrect address/if you need to modify the shipping address, please email [email protected] as soon as you can.
- For orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided, we will require you to pay a reshipping fee to resend your order.
- If you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, MantelClock Studio will not be responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.
DELIVERY
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately email [email protected] within 2 business days after receiving shipping.
If your order has been damaged during transit, please get in touch with us promptly, by sending us a picture.
If possible, please record any issue concerning the delivery (damaged/soaked package, torn/bended products…) to the carrier when you receive your order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
After completing the purchase. You will receive an Order Confirmation email (check your spam folder if you can’t find) to make sure all the information is correct. We will ship to the address you filled out on the checkout page. We will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number (click here and input tracking number to track your order). You can log on the courier’s official site to track your order with the tracking number.
Note:Please note that tracking is active during 60 days so we won’t be able to do anything to help you if you contact us after this period.
DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED
- In case of force majeure, order processing will be delayed. But we will do our best to ensure that your order is processed quickly when the weather permits.
